The Singapore-based high-rise will literally deliver your car right outside your living room. All you do is step inside and ride the elevator down.  It is all a little too Star Trek. Although, perhaps the most galactic thing about the Sky Garage Apartments is the price. If you thought that a penthouse apartment with a garage in the living room would come with a hefty price tag, you'd be right. 

Sky Garage Apartments start at $7.5 million dollars for a two car garage( is that all?), and end at $24 million for a penthouse with a four car garage (that's more like it!).
